publish new photo from WP on facebook account

Hi,

My site is only dealing with photos I publish through galleries and no posts. (http://pierrickstevant.com/)

I’d like to automatically publish new posted photos on my site, on my facebook account so that people keep visiting it.
Is it possible to achieve that with this plugin? If not do you have any suggestion that could help me?
