    Please, how do I override the latest post in my theme and display the list I created instead?

    I don’t understand what you mean. Do you want to display the post list in the latest post which is currently the one with the title “Lockdown Lifted In Ghana, Ghanaians Rejoice”?

    No, I want to remove the latest post widget from my site (which I have been able to do successfully).
    The question is how do I make my theme grab the created list? Is there a php code for displaying lists?

    You can both use the list’s shortcode to use it in the post content, and you can put the list in a widget area with the “Ultimate Post List” widget. Select the list you want to display in the widget and save the setting. That’s it.
