Publicly Queryable

Hi,
Your plugin is just awesome. But i have been facing this problem.
When i create a custom post type and turn publicly queryable option to false and archive to true, archive page gets redirected back to homepage where as only single page is supposed to be off not the archive. When i set publicly queryable to true again then it works, but i don’t need single page for this CPT.
