    Jetpack said that I had to refresh the connection to LinkedIn, which I did, but with the response from that “There was a problem creating your connection. Please go back and try again.” I did, three times.

    Everything looked fine in LinkedIn’s settings “Account/Permitted Services”.

    Then I disconnected the service at both ends to start fresh:
    1. Clicked Connect for LI on
    2. Signed in and allowed WP to post.
    3. Got a red notice “The LinkedIn connection could not be made because no account was selected.”
    4. In LinkedIn’s settings, everything looked fine: “Connected October 31, 2019…”
