Thanks, I did not know that. But there’s something I don’t undertand. I disabled auto-publishing, and am using the share buttons at the bottom of each post. Those buttons are also generated by JetPack, yet psoting this way finds the proper images… isn’t that strange
Jason: I don’t think that’s the problem. I think there are some issues with how your theme is coded, and/or you have a poorly-coded plugin that’s outputting that noscript wrapped with a div in your header. You also have the meta tags output twice, as I mentioned. Neither of those issues are caused by the Lightbox plugin.

I was a wordpress.com user writing in Greek language and I had a great flawless experience with Publicize for 3 years. But now (4 days ago) that I changed to wordpress.org some of the posts Publicize makes only on Facebook (Twitter posts are fine) are not in Greek Language but shown like that: “ΤÎÎ»Î¿Ï ÏÏÎ¹Ï ÏÏεÏÏÎµÎ¹Ï roaming Ïε Ïλη Ïην ÎÏ

I am having this issue now. The first day worked fine, and testing worked fine (we launched Monday August 26). Then Tuesday and today the Publicize feature associated the wrong thumbnail with each story. Happened again today.
I read through these posts and none of the issues/solutions seem to apply to our site. Each post has a featured image. When I manually share a link from wordpress to facebook, I get the option to scroll through 3 thumbnails, and they seem chosen at random; none are the featured image associated with the post, so even manual sharing is not working right at this point…
Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks Richard I will, but I am realizing that it may have something to do with the 200×200 size images. Mine are, but I went back and bumped them up after reading this restriction in the documentation. It appears new images I am uploading and keeping above the 200×200 are working fine. If I have an issue with the shares tomorrow I will start a new thread. Thanks!

My featured images suddenly stopped working. Typically my images are between 240 and 540 wide and 375 to 700-800 in height. As of late last week, they stopped appearing on my feed. All my posts have featured images.
