Publicize post to Twitter does not include Short URL

    I just tried setting up Publicize and for some reason any post I make on my blog the post to Twitter does not include Short URL. It puts the full permalink URL from WP. I tried with both WP.me and Bit.ly (WP-Bitly Plugin).

    Running the latest version of Jetpack, WP-Bitly and WP.

    Any suggestions

    That’s indeed the expected behaviour. We are, however, planning on adding an option to define your own custom templates when building a Publicize message, and using a shortlink instead of the full permalink will be among the options in the templates.
