# Publicize post error

 * Since few days I am getting “500 status code for “POST /sites/134975708/publicize-
   connections/new” error whenever I try to connect with social media.
 * I found some other have commented same issue in this forum, where it was suggested
   to disconnect jetpack & disable every plugin & to reconnect jetpack again. After
   doing all those, i still have no luck.
 * How can i solve this issue, please!

   to connect with your site. This might not be the source of your Publicize issue
   but it’s a good place to star troubleshooting.
 * I’d like to run some more tests with you on your site to try to figure out what’s
