I’d like to include the featured image (when there is one) in each of my blog posts to the tweets sent from Publicize to my twitter accounts. I’ve reviewed all the settings several times, and I still get no images at all in any tweets.

For those of you who don’t know, including an image in a tweet increases engagement significantly. Tweets with no images…blah.

    Help?

OK, it appears to be working using only WP SEO’s Social settings. However, it’s limited to Summary and Summary with large image. Generally, that works; however, what we liked best about JM Twitter Cards was being able to control the card type for each post. Any option for that?

Thank you very much for your help. Really appreciate it.

The solution you suggested does work, so thank you for that.

However, since we push out 20-40 different blog posts daily and all of them are different, we’re more comfortable using JM Twitter Cards b/c we can choose what kind of card we use for each post –> tweet.

    Any option for that?

Neither WP SEO nor Jetpack offer options to control the card type for each post; both plugins automatically define a Card Type based on the contents of your post. You’re consequently better off with JM Twitter Cards in this case, as you mentioned!
