    Hi there

You appear to have 3 different plugins creating OG tags on your site, which are used for sharing to social platforms:

    – Jetpack
    – SmartCrawl
    – Blog2Social 672

Using multiple plugins for this will likely cause conflicts, which may explain the issue you’re seeing.

I’d suggest deactivating OG tags on all but one of those plugins to see if that helps.

    Hi @hollyjahangiri

There is an ongoing issue with LinkedIn and Publicize:

    https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/53978

We have contacted LinkedIn to get an update on the issue, but have not heard anything yet.

For now, you will need to manually share your posts if you want the images to be included.

Thank you, Bob! I disconnected LinkedIn (this was the first time I’d attempted to connected it; until I retired and focused on my own writing projects, sending my own blog posts there didn’t seem that appropriate). I’ll just go back to sharing them manually until I hear that’s been fixed. I appreciate your letting me know.

Dan, thanks for the reminder; I think I’ll just get rid of the Blog2Social, as I don’t use it anyway! I’ll look into the others. Surprised AddtoAny isn’t listed there. 😉 It works fine on all platforms, as far as I can tell, and co-exists happily enough with the others.

Hey, Bob – maybe you could get traction from LinkedIn if you annoy them by a workaround like this: (1) run post url through link inspector, first, every time; (2) post. 😉

OK, maybe not, but it’s a thought. (I wonder if it’s a timing issue; I’ve had similar things happen with Facebook in the past, and running the URL through their debugger showed no errors and eventually looked right. That hasn’t been an issue in a while, there, and I don’t know what caused it. I’m not a developer.)
