    Hi @niguleseo,

I’m assuming casimages.com is simply the image sharing service you used, and not your site as well? I don’t see a Jetpack connection for that site.

Could you please post your site URL here, so we can do some targeted troubleshooting? We may be able to force the Publicize disconnection on our end if that’s what you want. Can you also confirm that you want your social media connections removed?

    Thanks!

    Hi @niguleseo,

We’ve removed those connections from our end. Can you try to reconnect them now?

How can we handle this ?

    Hey @niguleseo,

Everything looks good on our end for your Jetpack connection and your connections to Publicize, so this is peculiar! Are you certain you’re logged into the Administrator user account that connected social media to Publicize?

Also, can you try temporarily deactivating the nextend-facebook-connect plugin to see if that allows you to toggle the Publicize options on your post edit screen?

Let us know what you find.

    Hello

Today posts are well displayed on facebook and twitter (https://www.facebook.com/meilleurepizza/) but what is weird is that the buttons are still disabled on posts pages …

Thanks for more info. As we understand, Publicize is now sending posts to social networks, but its options do not display in the post editors?

Do you use any snippet to customize your site in functions.php?
This is also a conflict with another plugin/theme.

You can actually use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to do some troubleshooting here. This is a tool that can be useful for debugging, though it does require an official default theme like Twenty Seventeen to be installed as well:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
    https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/

Once you’ve installed and activated the plugin, you can go to Tools → Site Health:

    • Select the Troubleshooting tab and then click Enable Troubleshooting to automatically disable all plugins and add a new Troubleshooting Menu item in the toolbar at the top of the wp-admin dashboard.
    • From here, you can enable and disable plugins and change the theme for your site, but without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Could you try to use the Health Check plugin to enable only Jetpack and then run that test again? If those errors clear, then we’ll know that a conflict with another plugin is causing this.

You can then enable each plugin one at a time and try to replicate the error after each attempt.

If you can’t find a plugin, it may be the theme. Would you please try to switch the theme to one of the defaults to see if that helps?
