• Hello,

I’m using Publicize to post to Facebook, Google+ and Twitter. In some posts, I’m using 3rd party shortcodes (a gallery) in my posts, and I noticed that these are not removed from the summary that appears in Facebook and Google+.

It looks rather odd when viewers see something like [justified_image_grid ids=”101,102,103″ row_height=250] as the first line of a shared/publicized post.

I can edit the post in G+ and remove it manually, but in FB it’s part of the thumbnail/excerpt that is shown, and can’t be edited.

I don’t know if this is something that the plugin author should fix, or if the Publicize feature should filter these from the posts/excerpts.

    Thanks for helping,
    Alexander.
