Public uploader : Confused user uploads many pictures

Im using nextgen public uploader for my students to upload their photographs (see my page). Whenever the upload button is clicked the page goes to the top and they are confused whether it is uploaded successfully or not. I hope it could be fixed with changing html code but i dont know how to do it. I want to display a message box telling that the upload is successful or not. How can I do it? Do I need to change PHP code? There appears “No file Chosen” message even after the upload is successful. I want to remove that also. Please help
