Public Service FYI – Ukraine

Using IQ block, I’ve been analyzing where most of my scraper and login attacks come from. Turns out Ukraine hits me a ridiculous amount of times. Now that I know that, I moved my Ukraine blocking to my top .htaccess file for less server overhead. In any case, for those of you experiencing attacks, be sure to block Ukraine unless for some reason you need website traffic from that country. Sad that most of their browser traffic is internet outlaws. Very sad. Scary to imagine how much time and energy this burns up, just the cost in electricity alone for all this outlaw bandwidth must be staggering. MTN
