• If you scroll down to the red buttons it appears hyperlinked to this page:

    https://mymoonbox.com.au/welcome/signup/

And when I am logged in, it works perfectly fine. However, when I am not logged in as an admin on wordpress it simply reloads the page.

It appears as if both pages are Published and ‘Public’, and the slug is correct on the hyperlink.

For some reason, it just doesn’t want to allow that page to be published.

    Any suggestions anyone?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • When I hover over the longer signup text, it brings up a box with a shorter signup text which is a link to https://mymoonbox.com.au/signup/

Then the longer one is a link to https://mymoonbox.com.au/welcome/signup/

But clicking on either one just shows the original welcome page.

Can you try saving Permalinks, twice?

So I can see that there is a 301 permanent redirect on this page (and all of my other pages) that is sending all traffic to /welcome.

It says that WordPress is fulfilling that redirect function. Other people have worked on this site other than me – how could this be happening? Any guesses?

Did you by chance set the page to be private? Do you have a plugin that is interfering?
Do you have any special rules for nginx?
