  • Did you give people a link to the Manager cause I don’t see one.
    1. [amen] – Put this where you want the list of requests to show.
    2. Then add a link to the manager from this page wherever you want.
    3. [amen type=”manage”] Put this where the manager page is.
Step 3 allows people to make requests and get there through the link
    on Step 2.

    Hope this helps.

I have put both shortcodes on the same page – http://www.doddroadcommunitychurch.org/prayer-requests/ but still unable to bring up the public prayer request form.

Is there anything I need to change in the Amen settings?

Yes. By default, public requests are not allowed. Visit ‘Amen Settings’ and tick ‘Allow public visitors to post requests’

I’m still having issues with the plugin at the moment. I have enabled all of the above but it still doesnt show up.

If I create a prayer request within wordpress admin it shows up but as soon as I deleted it the page – http://www.doddroadcommunitychurch.org/prayer-requests/ appears blank again.

I’m not sure if it is an issue with my caching plugin or the css of my theme?

Can you clarify … you create a request, then delete it?

i suppose it could be a caching issue. Did you try clearing the cache after creating a request?

It does not appear that css is the issue.
