 * I need a small form for public posting like this for comment
    I want [title] [
   category to choose] [content] [publish button] – and redirecting automatical 
   to mainpage and refreshing page to see this post no reediting, no modyfing, and
   nothing more.
 * I created a public user and tried [this](http://wordpress.org/support/topic/42745)
   but I am to stupid to reedit files in wp-admin catalog
    Can anyone help?

 * I don’t understand what you are trying to do. Do you want to have users on your
   site posting to your site? Do you want to change the administration panel Theme
   to make it more simple to accomodate these users?
 * Can you be more clear?
