 * I got a flag from my wordfence that there was a file that starts with Public
   key.
    When I added your ssl certificate did it put a public file in my WordPress
   core: wp-admin/public.txt? Thanks

 * [@seaislandwbsites](https://wordpress.org/support/users/seaislandwbsites/) We
   do not add public.txt file in wp-admin
    The only files we add are in plugins/
   ssl-zen/ssl_zen/keys
 * 1. If you are using cPanel and already installed the SSL certificate. You can
   delete the SSL files from the keys folder.
    2. If you are not referencing these
   files in your apache configuration, you can also go ahead and delete them.
 * I hope that answers your question. Please let me know if you need anything else.
