Public Display Name

    I am having trouble changing my public display name. After picking the one I want from the drop down menu and saving the changes it reverts back to the previous display name. Can someone please help me figure out a fix. Thanks.

    Hi,

    1) Go to user profile
    2) Select a nick name first
    3) “Update”
    4) Your new nick name should be added to the “Public display name” list box.
    5) select your public name
    6) Update.
