Public can't access my site!

I’ve created a blog that I want to use as a static website, yet the finished website can’t be accessed by anyone other than myself. When I type in the URL, http://www.baltimoresupperclub.wp.com, I can see the site, even after I’ve logged out of the admin pages. Yet, when I give the URL to others they cannot access my site but are redirected to wp.com. Google also indexes the site in the 3rd page of Search results.

I am new to wordpress and site creation, so any suggestions would be most appreciated!
