I opened the POT file in poedit but it showed two forms for that string. Poedit did report an issue with the file, so I fixed that and a new version has been posted to:
http://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/bp-group-hierarchy/trunk/languages/bp-group-hierarchy.pot
Could you take a look at that and let me know if you get the same error?
