psr/log update clashes with plugins with older versions of the same dependency

The latest release of Constant Contact Forms (2.15.0) upgrades the psr/log version from ~1.1 to ~3.0. This is causing a dependency conflict with another plugin, RSS Aggregator, which is still using an older version of psr/log. A site with both plugins installed will throw fatal errors.

Since both plugins are needed for this site, the short term solution was to keep Constant Contact Forms at versions 2.14.2 for now.

Is it possible to update Constant Contact Forms to scope dependencies like psr/log in such a way that the they don’t cause conflicts like this? I’ll also raise this in the RSS Aggregator support forum. This issue is similar to this one in another plugin’s support forum, it’s not specific to the plugin exactly, but how its dependencies interact with other plugin’s dependencies.
