Proxy tracking fix

Hi,
plugin supports proxy tracking but it is broken.
If you neeed proxy tracking,

1) you have to activate it in admin
2) you have to switch to manualy editation of code
3) you have to change “matomy.php” and “matomy.js” to “piwik.php”

now it should work.
