Providing users with search options and selections

What is the keyword to searching for plugins that have the functionality similar to http://promo.vistaprint.com/collection/tradeshows .

Or http://www.houzz.com/photos/bedroom

I’d like provide my users the ability to search options based on location like on Houzz website. It should also provide users the ability to click on an option and open more information.

I don’t know what the key word to searching for such a plugin is.
