When creating a new user as a Contact in Salesforce, the plugin throws the following error:

Provided external ID field does not exist or is not accessible

If I then go to Mapping Errors, delete the error, and press the “Push to Salesforce” button, it creates the contact.

Why would the automated bit not work, but the manual push of the button would? All the fields match with what is in Salesforce.

I think this is probably related to your other issue. That is, the plugin is trying to push data to an object that doesn’t exist because the last name value was not passed, so it reports that the external ID is missing. It’s possible there is something else going on, but that is my guess.

I’m going to mark this one as resolved, for now, since the related issue is resolved pending the next plugin release.
