# Protection Level Issue

 * Hello Wordfence support,
 * I’m having issue setting up the Protection Level on siteground, I’ve done it 
   a month ago using this method : [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uH5iyiHTSVw&t=353s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uH5iyiHTSVw&t=353s)
   with a different website, now i try again with a different website but it won’t
   work.
 * Any solutions ?

 * Can you let me know what is not working with the protection level?
 * Is it when you try to set `Enabled and Protecting`, it just doesn’t switch over,
   or when the learning period has past, Wordfence doesn’t automatically switch 
   the protection level?
