# Protection doesn't work

 * Hi, I have the plugin installed on a multisite wordpress with a custom template.
   I have created a user with a category. I have introduce the ID of the category
   for free members, and I have protected some pages. I created custom login a membership
   pages, but I can see normaly the protected pages.
 * I have read all the documentation, and look for this situation around all the
   support posts, but I don´t know what’s happening.

 * Did you add the correct Membership Level to each protected page?

 * I did the install on the main site, and yes, the protected page has his membership
   level clicked.

 * Try the following. If you have a cache plugin, clear your cache. Make sure you
   test your pages in a different browser and you are also logged out.
