Protect a page through FTP login?

Hi,

I created a new page on my company’s site, but want to protect it through FTP login (i.e. users would have to log in before they can use the page). How can I do this? I’ve browsed around looking for an answer but I’m pretty wordpress illiterate so nothing has made sense so far. The page is at http://www.PS212.com/linguistforum but as of right now its just a working, public page, so I doubt looking at it will help too much. Thanks!
