# [property_gallery] doesn't work

 * This was working until I upgraded to the latest version. The site was using a
   very old version of WP-Property previously.
 * I already tried displaying all other plugins and used a default WordPress theme
   but it never shows the gallery images… instead it just displays the shortcode
   text.
 * Any ideas?

 * Shortcode [property_gallery] does not exist in WP-Property plugin. It’s being
   added via [WP-Property: Slideshow](https://www.usabilitydynamics.com/product/wp-property-slideshow)
   Add-on (plugin). Looks like you have installed Slideshow Premium Feature on your
   old WP-Property version.
 * Starting from new releases ( 2.0.0 and higher ) of WP-Property plugin all your
   premium features are separate plugins ( Add-ons ). And there are different steps
   of activation your licenses. You can find more information about new user license
   management [here](https://www.usabilitydynamics.com/docs/products-installation).
 * If you purchased Slideshow feature before, you just need to download WP-Property:
   Slideshow Add-on from your [Account](https://www.usabilitydynamics.com/account)
   page and go through the [instructions](https://www.usabilitydynamics.com/docs/products-installation).
