We are currently constructing a website using the property import add-on for Rezi.

We carried out the work using a test API from Dezrez which worked fine, and are now switching to the live API. We are currently developing this website on a development URL.

However what we are finding is that when the properties are imported they are imported against the primary office only. It seems that the different offices are not being recognised.

In settings we have added the branch IDs (separated by commas) and also added to branch IDs to Branch Information.

Happy to share login details if required.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I’ve played with this here and it looks like at present it’s looking at the office name when deciding what office to assign properties to. So when you setup the import, under the ‘Branch Information’ section, it’s the branch names that should be entered there.

I agree that this isn’t very intuitive and it should use ID so I’ve changed this now to look at both name OR ID. This has been done with immediate effect and a new version (1.1.28) released.

If you have a license key you can update through WP to this latest version. Alternatively, please email me at info@wp-property-hive.com and I’ll send it through to you.

    Hope that helps,
    Steve
