    UPDATE 15th of October

The plugin broke one of my website mobile menu and one of the image was randomly not being rendered properly with their fluid setting on, so i’ve disabled immediately a few days ago, reported, provided access to the site.

So far more than 3 working days have passed an zero support or replies.

Unfortunately for people like me that work with clients this is not viable and i opened a refund request.

The product seems promising but the total lack of support within an acceptable time frame make this frustrating and risky. Decided to go back to my old caching plugin and didn’t regret.

I’ve decided to buy the plugin as an alternative to other caching plugins due to the included CDN. I tested on my bricks website that had already a solid score, and it brought it on desktop from 89 to 96% with zero effort.

I’ve tried to make contact with the developer as i had a bug by using the fluid images addon, and it’s not been checked yet, 2 days passed so far. The support seems slow and a bit overwhelmed, but Hamza is kind and professional.

The main concerns i have are about the below:

    • Support in the mid-long term and reply times. It’s very slow.
    • The plugin relies heavily on CDN, and the local settings are very basic and not advanced, we can’t really tune the plugin as an advanced user.
    • The Cache break my mobile menu on Bricks, and the settings didn’t help, so i hope they can help to fix

If all these things will be solved i’ll be happy to keep, if not i’ll have to refund, but i hope not!

About this second point i want to elaborate more : i think that using CDN is good but not for all use cases, i strongly prefer when possible to work with local settings to leverage the server and the code instead of just offloading the stuff. I would love to have more control in this sense. Why? If tomorrow the cdn lose “quality” (ex. the dev uses a cheaper one), we will just lose the speed optimization for assets offloaded there. I’m still evaluating the plugin and i’m happy to improve the review stars once these concerns are addressed, but i’m positive about it!
