Hi!
we are using a plugin called ProjectHuddle to help our customer to send feedback about the design they need , the problem can not use it , when we contacted the ProjectHuddle support , we got answer that CleanTalk blocked the script that responsible for the plugin ,
here is the answer from ProjectHuddle support

It does look like cleantalk is throwing up a spam verification page sometimes when our script loads:

This is causing a 403 permissions error when trying to access the site. Many of these types of plugins do not work well with ProjectHuddle, since ProjectHuddle’s requests are cross domain, and they falsely think it’s possibly a click-jacking attack.

also they have a status page for the plugin which showing this error message
“Required REST API methods are not available.
PUT, PATCH, DELETE requests are not enabled for this server, or are being blocked by a security plugin.”

hope that you can help us with these problems

CleanTalk version that we are using is: 5.151.4

Can you request IP addresses that used to send this type of request?

I suppose this can be solved by adding these addresses to your personal whitelist for SpamFireWall.

Ok, i will try with my IP , the problem is “To Personal black & white lists” link is disabled , when I hover over it , I get “The user-agent is not supported by personal lists. Contact Support if you need filter the user-agent.”

We meant IPs of the ProjectHuddle service.

Ok , i mange to add my IP to the whitelist, but still have the same problem for me my self, and also you have to know that we are trying to automate these proceedings , it will not optimal if we have to whitelist our customer manually every time we add a new client-site .
and again – just to make sure – I white listed my IP , and still can not use ProjectHuddle client-site

Last update.
I used another web-browser (I used Safari before) now, I am using FireFox ,
it worked for me , now I will wait for the customer to test it , if they have a problem , I will try to whitelist their IP-address , if still have problem , I will let you know , I will let you know any way 😀
