Programmatically duplicate all images from one lang to another

based on that i created a “ready to go for developers” script for the functions.php of any theme which makes it easy to translate the meta fields of attachments and i like to share it if anybody can use it:

maybe someone can turn this into a seperate plugin with a backend button to start the action.
