Profiles gone?

    Hi, I have a major problem: unfortunately, my abonnees cannot update their profiles. Well, they can update it, but no one sees the differents because the list with the abonnees diseaper. Since yesterday i get this problem. The subscribers who don’t update their profiles are present

    I think that the problem isn’t the plugin-profiler, because I installed another sort of plug in which also shows the profiles.The profiles which were disseapered, are still gone.

    Is there someone who can help me to fix this problem?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.

    Hi Esmi thanks for your reply.

    I tried to deactivate all plugins and still no luck.
    I also tried the swith my theme. And also no luck.

    what can I do more?
