    Hi;

    Got my Profilegrid set up like this: Only paying members can access the site. Upon site loading the login page pops up with an option to register.

    On the login page the Forgot Password links to https://tradersorder.com/login/ and not to https://tradersorder.com/forgot-password/ which is what it should be. How can I change that please?

    Also, when a visitors wants to register, he/she first gets the payment button (I use paypal) and after successful payment is made the user is forwarded to the registration page and can then create an account.

    Works well and after registering user is added to both wordpress users and profilegrid users. In both places the user shows as belonging to the default user group; which is fine.

    However in the Profilegrid member I get this error:

    This profile is not yet associated with any parent profile group. To make it visible please associate it with a group first.

    How can I fix that?

    Finally, when I log in using the admin account everything works except I am unable to create new group. At least I don’t see any option how to do that. Any advice?

    Sorry for the long post yet thanks for a great product and great support.

    Hi,

    1. Please make sure that you have configured the Password Recovery Page via ProfileGrid Global Settings >> General. Also, make sure that you created the page using the shortcode [profilegrid_forgot_password].

    2. Please make sure that the group type is open. If the Group type is closed, you have to activate the member via ProfileGrid >> Members >> Select the member from the list and activate it.

    3. Login to your WordPress Dashboard and click on ProfileGrid Menu.
    A. Click on ProfileGrid >> Group Manager screen will appear
    B. Click on Add New to create a New Group.

    Please reach out to us through the support page on our site to help you further.

    Thank you,
