Profile Upload stopped working after update

I just get a green bar that fills then stalls when uploading. I have tried everything on this list: https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/96-how-to-do-a-plugin-theme-conflict-test, and also had my host look at logs and php versions but we are at a loss. I see others have had this issue before, how was it fixed? Thanks in advance.
