I have an existing user where I can edit my profile and save the edits. However, a new registered user can not edit the profile text. Images can be uploaded but not the text field. Deactivate and Activate the Ultimate Member plugin 2. Go to Admin > Ultimate Member > Dashboard > see “User Cache” widget and then click “Clear User Cache”. 3.
