    Hi if someone has sign the guestbook then there is no profile pic user registration is of so how to fix this ?thx

    You can use the Avatar from gravatar. If that is enabled in your general WordPress settings it should show up.
    There are plugins that can hook into the avatar functionality for profile pictures on the profile page, but I have no experience with those.
