Profile Page Internal Server Error

    I have been using UM for some time and everything was working fine. Recently when a user attempts to access their UM profile, an Internal Server Error message appears. I updated the plugin to the latest version, but that did not fix the issue. Any suggestions?

    I found the issue. I am developing this site on my host and will transfer to the client’s host at a later date. My WordPress folder was created with capital letters, ie. http://www.mysite.com/WP/. The issue is that the “view profile” link is changing the url to downcase, ie. http://www.mysite.com/wp/ and that is a 500 error code or Internal Server Error.

    Is this an issue with UM or WordPress?

    Hi @aytan72,

    It looks like a WP core issue. Have you tried changing it to small case directory name and see if the issue still occur?
