    Hi,

    After upgrading to version 1.3.84 of the Ultimate Member plug-in, the profile form is not displayed on our page anymore. There is not even any content shown in the Form Preview even though we have added several fields.

    What is the current PHP version on your server? Are you able to provide any error logs so we can investigate further?

    Hi,

    The current PHP version is 7.0.15
    There are no errors in our log file (WP_Debug turned on).

    Please not that we are using the Avada theme.

    Did you do a theme and plugin conflict test?

    Hi,
    I noticed same issue now. Not used this page for a while. I assume that this effect came with version 1.3.84. Tested with disabling plugins activated after this update, and with pre release version 1.3.85. Tested also with full width page layout without sidebar-widgets. No effect.
    Chrome developer tool gives error:
    GET https://teamsin.net/account/ 500 (Internal Server Error)

    Performed a conflict test. Still the same issue, Profile form is not showing up.

    Looking from host error-log, trying to open this form generates this errormessage:
    PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding() in “um-filters-fields.php” on line 382

    Solved at my point!

    I just had missing mbstring-module in my host provider PHP-setup.
    Activated it, and form starts to work.

    For future, i will check my host error-log first…

    Problem solved!

    After going through all the options, we found out that the standard template for the Profile form was not selected. We don’t know why as it worked before and we are not aware of removing the template.
