# Profile Form Doesn’t Work

 * Hi,
 * I have tried everything to get the profile form to work.
 * The delete buttons don’t work when deleting a form input. Sometimes it deletes
   the wrong input, if at all.
 * Sometimes a form input displays on the profile page of the user. Sometimes it
   doesn’t.
 * It seems random whether a form input will work or not work. This is both at the
   backend, and the frontend.

 * I have disabled all active plugins, removed theme, even created a brand new wordpress
   install.

 * It looks like a theme or plugin conflict.
    Please do a conflict test and see 
   if this issue goes away. This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are

 * Hi,
    You can try without cache, if you have it. Have you mbstring enabled in 
   your PHP-settings at host-provider.
