   can I change it please?

 * I don’t quite understand your question. What do you mean by “in the profile of
   the website I am developing”?
 * If you registered with us, then you had to use this email address.
 * If you want to change the email address that you use to log in on our web portal(
   portal.bulkgate.com), then you have to directly contact our support at [support@bulkgate.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/profile-email-address/support@bulkgate.com?output_format=md)

 * I thought / understood / believed that I had registered through the plugin on
   my WordPress intallation, and then wanted to look at buying some credits.
 * I will check to see if I have actually registered or not.

 * In order to use our services, you had to register directly with us either via
   the WooSMS plugin, or our web BulkGate portal, there is no other way.
