# Professional Domain Mapping

 * I have purchased the Professional Domain Mapping plugin, installed this and activated.
   All looks good and I can map the domains as per the instructions in the setup
   document.
 * I however cannot get the URL of the domain I’m trying to map, which is sitting
   in the same shared hosting space, to resolve to this wordpress multisite installation.
 * When I try create a parked domain as recommended in the setup doc I get the error:“
   Error from park wrapper: ilearntolive.co.za is owned by another user.”
 * There is not mention in the setup doc of editing the DNS zone for the site you’re
   trying to map to the multisite. Isn’t there something that needs to be done there
   to tell the external URL to point to the multisite?
 * Your assistance would be appreciated. My WP multisite is worthless without this
   plugin. Thanks.

   you do not need one.

 * Umm, how would I run the mailboxes ie. MX records for this domain then if I don’t
   setup another site account on my shared hosting solution?

 * If you use an add-on domain, you get mailboxes.
 * Also, MX records can be set at the registrar to place like google apps – completely
   independent from any web host.
