Products/Departments/Tags disappeared after upgrade

    Hi

    Products/Departments/Tags disappeared from the menu after upgrade

    the existing Products/Departments/Tags are still there

    but can’t manage them or add new

    tried php 5.6 and 7

    also got “cheating are we?” message when clicking on “choose multiple products”

    Hello:

    Please go to the TOOLS->CLEANUP tab and find the button that allows you to return the upgrade script from 3.3.4 to 4.0.0. Just click that – it should add in all the new permissions to the default Awesome Support roles. But, if you’re using custom roles then you will need to add the new capabilities to your custom roles.

    it was wordpress 4.8 + php 7

    works OK on 4.7 + phpp 5.6

    Hi:

    Did you try to run the upgrade script again? We are running 4.8 and php 7 / 7.1 internally and it works ok.

    If you’re still having issues after re-running the upgrade script please check your error.log file to see if any errors are being thrown.

    Also, Maybe one of your other plugins might be conflicting with AS in 4.8/7.0 configuration. So maybe deactivate other plugins to see if AS works properly for you. If it does then you can turn on the other plugins one by one till you find the one that is causing the issues.
