# Products Variants Missing After Sync

 * Up until this morning, I could setup products with variations, go back and edit
   the variants to add inside labels with no problems. Today I tried to add a product
   with 3 colors and they showed up on my site, attributes on my site’s product 
   page showed the colors and sizes, the images were installed for all three colors.
   Then I went back to Printful to add the inside labels and the main shirt color’s
   variants were completely missing. The second colors variants were all there, 
   and all the third colors variants except the 2XL 3XL and 4XL were missing.
 * I contacted Printful support. They took a look at my site and said that there
   was a plugin conflict and I should try deactivating them all one by one to fix
   the problem. Tried that, and all I succeeded in doing was totally crashing my
   site and had to install a backup.
 * Logically, it seemed if the problem was caused by one of my plugins and that 
   plug was affecting the variants It must be a plugin for variations. I tried deactivating
   them each individually, and all of them at one time. Setup a new t-shirt each
   time for testing and each and every time the variants were missing. The single
   products size variants work perfectly on my site and on Printful store page, 
   so it has to have something to do with the colors but for the life of me I cannot
   find a single plugin that is causing it on my website.
 * I’m hoping that you can give me some idea of how to fix this problem, or if it
   is actually a problem with my site at all. I’ve worked long and hard to create
   my designs and build my store and I really would hate to have to give up now.

    We encountered a bug last week for the new WooCommerce
   version users that sounds a lot like the issue you’re reporting. We have also
   deployed a fix for it, but you would need to add the affected products anew.
 * Let us know if you are still encountering any issues with this, so we could take
   a closer look at your concerns!
