Products shows 404 error

    Hey,

    Hope you guys are doing very well!

    I’m getting an issue that our products are listed on WordPress. Though,Categories are not assigned to products nor images are imported.

    Moreover, product shows 404 error. Here it is my dev link: http://www.dev.sportsauthenticsusa.org/shop/

    Could you please help me to figure out the issue?

    Hi @muqadas9,

    I hope you are well too!

    I would be happy to assist you today but unfortunately that is a server error and you are going to have to contact your host about this. They will need to examine the server logs and determine what is causing your server to halt during this process.

    A 404 error is likely not the proper error as a 404 error is a file not found error which you’d usually see what files are missing in what directories in our experience. Are you receiving any other additional info with 404 error?

    Maybe you could try enabling the “PHP error handling” setting on the “developer” settings page of WP-Lister then try again and see if you get more information with the error that would allow us to point you in a better direction. But simply stating you are receiving a 404 error, I’d recommend you start with your host diagnosing this.

    Thanks for your prompt reply.

    Currently, I have created a new database and going to import products from ebay to Woocommerce by using your Import addon.

    I just imported one product and getting the same categories and product images missed issue.

    By the way, product is viewable now. could you please help me to sort out categories and product image issue.
