    Hi dear community and Cart-Stock-Reducer team,
    I installed your plugin on my WordPress/Woocommerce site. Both latest version (WP 5.3, WC 3.8, Theme = Virtue). I’m encountering two symtoms:
    – When activating the Plugin, several products in my store are immediately showing up as not available. Some (the minority) seem totally normal and available. I was not able to figure out, which parameter detemines this behaviour. As soon as I deactivate the plugin, everything is back to normal.
    – When I put a product into my cart (in this view, where you can see every product in a category and not on the detail page), the count down banner does not show up. I have to enter a detail page or my cart or any other page to see the count down. There seems to be a bug in some sort of refresh mechanism. I saw this working on older WordPress/Woocommerce versions already.

    Whats can I do about both issues? Is there a possibility to PM the website URL to the plugin support team?

    Generally all initial problems using the plugin are existing items in carts/sessions, through the WooCommerce backend interface you can clear those out to start fresh. Items that are already in users carts are counted as unavailable but do not have a time set to expire.

    Most of the count down not showing up issues are usually related to conflicts with your theme or another plugin. Check the browser console for any errors on pages it isn’t showing up on.

    There really isn’t a support team, it’s just me doing this for free 🙂

    thanks a lot for your help. The cart session clearing did the trick.

    Could you help me out a little bit with the browser console thing? If I just open it (Chrome, Firefox) and klick on “add to cart” (and nothing card-stock-reducer-banner is happening), the console shows nothing. How do I get to the root of all evil and find out, what is preventing the banner from showing up.

    Can you post the settings for the plugin? There is a setting for when to show the countdown, though I think the default is Always

    What’s the URL that is doing it?

    Actually it is on “always” on purpose.
