# Products shortcode

 * I’ve created a shortcode like this:
 * [products limit=”18″ paginate=”true” columns=”3″ category=”sun, eyeglasses” cat_operator
   =”IN”]
 * But the system show only the products inside the category “sun”, of course the
   category eyeglasses have products inside.
 * How can i fix ?

 * The shortcode looks fine to me. Could you share the page URL so we can take a
   closer look?
 * Please also share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce
   > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve
   done that, paste it here in your response.

 * Thanks for the update! Could you please copy and paste the exact shortcode that
   I am including below and see how it works?
 * `[products limit="18" paginate="true" columns="3" category="sun, eyeglasses" 
   cat_operator="IN"]`
 * I have done a test on my site and replacing the quotemarks that you were using
   for the ones above worked for me.
 * If that doesn’t solve the issue you would want to verify the `slug` of the categories
   and also that there published products on them.

 * I’ve changed the slug with ID:
 * `[products limit="18" paginate="true" columns="3" category="211, 245" cat_operator
   ="IN"]`
 * But show only products of the category id 211 and not 245.

 * Does that same behavior persist if you temporarily switch to a default theme 
   such as [Storefront](https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and deactivate all 
   plugins except for WooCommerce?
