    Hi everyone,

just found out that once a product was added to the cart (was in stock when i added to the cart), and lately someone else bought the last unit of this product, but i can still checkout without problem.

The products have already set to DO NOT ALLOW BACKORDER.

    how to fix this problem?

    Thanks a lot.

They can be added to cart, however, the checkout throws an error if the stock can no longer be fulfilled. This even takes pending orders into consideration to avoid double-ordering of products.

    Hi Mike,

    thanks for your reply.
The product stock goes to -1 in my case. But i have already set no backorder.

Is this my theme or plugin problem?

What type of product is it? Got a link?

    Hi Mike,

it is a simple product. Sorry, not allowed to provide a link.

Do i need to look into a specific file?

    Thank you!

    Hi,

    ive sorted out the problem.

It turns out that the plugin “woocommerce poor guys swiss knife” is causing the problem.
very great plugins i use a lot of its feature. Have to find another replacement now.

    Thanks Mike.

    Hey Mike,

I have been having this exact same problem with my store, where once an item is added to the cart, the customer is able to purchase it, even when the product’s inventory reaches 0 (or negative) and backorders are not allowed. You said this was an issue with WCPGSK. How did you determine that (by disabling that plugin and the problem going away, I assume?), and were you able to find to stop the conflict?

    Thanks,
    Mark
