    Hello,

    We opened a ticket about this last week, but we haven’t heard from anyone on the product support team.

    We are trying to utilizing the BC Plugin on our WordPress site, and we aren’t able to fully sync all of our products.

    We have 97 products that we created in our BigCommerce store (both digital and physical products), but we are only able to sync 65 products.

    Is there anything that would cause this issue to happen, or is this a technical issue?

    We were going to list our products on multiple sites, and all of the sites are only able to sync the same 65 products, so I’m wondering if there are certain Option sets that would cause the products to not sync.

    I have the same problem

    From 32 323 products on bigcommerce, only 17 764 are synchronized on wordpress. What is the problem.
