    Hello,

    Since a few days (1-2 days) products are not syncing with the facebook catalog, newly added products are not uploaded to catalog.
    This affects my advertising account as out of stock products are showing.
    There is a serious problem with the plugin.
    Please check ASAP!

  • Exact the same problem with our website. Also since 1-2 day. Products and stock are not syncing. Reset facebook data is not working. Restart facebook sync via scheduler not working. Installing plugin again is not working. Disabling WP-Rocket is nog working.

    Product are not appearing in my Catalog / facebook. Facebook identity is created but not for the Variations.

    On product level :
    Facebook identiteit: 61973331969XXXXX
    Variant IDs:
    80418:
    80419:
    80420:
    Facebook-metadata resetten

    Currently solved the problem by installing 3rd party software for product feed export.
    I am also in contact with facebook support,hope this problem will be solved asap.
    It is annoying to spend money on fb ads and get bad results because of module malfunction…

    You’re totally correct, verry annoying. Could you share with me which 3rd party software for temporary solving your problem?

    Would like to know too cause we have the same problem since 2 days….

    I use Product Feed Pro (free version) and updated the facebook catalog with the feed url from the website.

    The error in the FB module is There was an error trying sync products using the Catalog Batch API for job 9b278abab142bc426f3b1c665e725f15: OAuthException: (#2635) You are calling a deprecated version of the Ads API. Please update to the latest version: v10.0..

    The module has to be updated.

    Ok, so I found the fix.
    You have to go to facebook-for-woocommerce/includes/fbgraph.php
    And change the line
    const API_VERSION = ‘v9.0’;
    to
    const API_VERSION = ‘v10.0’;

    Changed the API_version and this works!! Great job any many Thanks!
